Have used this pan for a couple of months now, and I am very pleased with it. Cooks very evenly and resists every effort I've made to accidently burn things. I followed directions and allow pan to preheat before adding ingredients. Clean-up is a breeze. Though the pan can be scoured, I've had no need to do that. A nylon scrubby pad is all it takes for tough jobs, and keeps it looking brand new.

See my review of the Calphalon Stockpot. THe same goes for this product. This is made in China and not the same wieght and quality of the Calphalon made years ago in the USA.
