I love it.. reason for not giving full 5 star if just coz its size.. i would have liked it had it been a bit smaller.. coz its a lot big for just 2 of us to cook something in it.. other than that the product quality is very good and its easy to clean.

My boyfriend and I love to cook. You could say that we cook better than the average person, and we both loved the pan. Food browns beautyfully, I've stir-fried vegetables, made sauces, and everything has come out great. I do use a little bit of olive oil, but I use the same amount I use in my hard anodized non-stick pans. I followed instructions and so far, nothing I've cooked has stuck to it, and cleaning it is usually pretty easy. If you put some water in it while you eat, cleaning it is a breeze. If you let it get cold and dry and it's not as easy to clean, you just need to put some water and heat it up for a little bit, and that's it, everything comes off.
I absolutely recomend this pan. I'm planning on buying a few more products from this line, and I also want to try Cuisinart's multiclad cookware, if I love this line, that one must be amazing.

I live in this pan. I'm not kidding. I bought it a year ago and I use it EVERY SINGLE DAY almost without exception, sometimes TWICE a day if I'm cooking ahead. My only complaint is that I need, like, six of them, and this is the medium pan - I really need one or two of the large version of this same pan.
Clean up is a snap, and it's a very solid, durable build. I'd rather have a heavy (but not too heavy) stainless steel pan like this, which *acts* like non-stick if you don't abuse it, than a non-stick pan that will scratch and wear. I love this pan.

their tri-ply line are great quality, the chef's classic are cheaply made. will not buy these again

I use this pan more than all my others put together. It is large enough to fry bacon and yet small enough to fit in my 1980s sink. The stay cool handles work great and it cleans easily. Food cooked in this pan won't become toxic with some non-stick coating flaking off into the food! What more could one ask for?
